We've mentioned here before that we have a quality over quantity mindset at Narrative, and it's a huge part of our why. Here are five little glimpses of how that mindset underlies everything that we do:
1. Quality Fabrics. We source with an eye for fabrics and construction that will last a lifetime and inspect each piece as it comes in. If the stitches aren't straight or the sweater is shedding before it ever gets worn, that style won't make it onto our floor. This extra step when sourcing to ensure that every style we pick meets our quality standards is so worth it to bring you pieces that are truly made to last!
2. Small Batches. We partner with companies that produce smaller batches or made-to-order styles because we find that when pieces are not mass produced, the quality of the construction is higher and the labor practices are more ethical.
3. Timeless Styles. We stock a mix of neutral basics and statement pieces and avoid pieces that are too trendy, which we know will fall out of fashion quickly. Our goal is to help you slowly build up a closet that you LOVE and know that the pieces will serve you for years to come.
4. Curated Environment. We create curated color stories and small collections to make it easy for you to shop in-store or online in a relaxed and intentional way. It's important to us that you find the right pieces for you, and not stress-shop or impulse buy pieces you will regret later!
5. Loop Restyle Project. We started our Loop Restyle Project to ensure you have a place to bring your pieces from Narrative back if they no longer fit or your style changes. Because the pieces we carry are made to last, we know they can live a second or even third life in someone else's closet if they no longer work for you.
