We want you to truly love what you take home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help — here’s how it works.
The basics
- Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, with the original tags still attached.
- We’re unable to accept sale items, earrings, undergarments, or bodysuits.
How to exchange an item
- First, make sure your item meets the criteria above.
- Pack it up — either in its original packaging or wrapped well enough to arrive safely. We can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us, so a sturdy package is worth it.

What happens next
Once your exchange reaches us, we’ll process it within 2 business days. You’ll then receive an email with store credit for the amount of your returned item(s) plus any applicable tax, along with simple directions for using your credit.
